Caroline Justice

Caroline brings more than 25 years of experience in the design industry, along with a strong background in property management, construction, and marketing. She earned her degree in Communication and spent seven years serving as Marketing Director for Crye-Leike Central Arkansas.

Alongside her husband, Caroline owns and operates both Justice Construction & Design and Design by Caroline, combining creativity, industry expertise, and hands-on construction knowledge to help clients bring their vision to life.

Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service, Caroline takes pride in her strong communication skills, market knowledge, and dedication to follow-up and follow-through.
